The Twitter Revolt was started today on the floor of the House of Representatives when Speaker Nancy “No Gas” Pelosi abruptly called for adjournment. Irritation turned into defiance when the Speaker turned off CSPAN cameras and the House lights while Republicans tried to debate the drilling bill.
Representative John Culberson’s TwitterBerry began humming open revolt messages to numerous voters and constituents around the Capitol and the nation. Camera feeds from cell phones suplemented the limited coverage to Representive Culbersons website.
These are his posts and a few of others following the drama;

Twitter and the Blackberry have become very useful tools in the defense of liberty. You may want to consider www.Twitter.com .It’s strange to use if you’ve never been into social networking, but it’s fun to follow the few Republicans’ that are now Twittering on the brink of drilling offshore and ANWR.
